Our postacute services manage the medical and therapy needs of patients, bridging the gap between the hospital and home. Our goal is to treat the whole patient and their individual needs, restoring them to the fullest possible level of function and independence. Services include care for:

Respiratory Therapy
Patients who require respiratory therapy to maintain normal breathing receive care from our specially-trained staff. Our respiratory therapy program provides patients with the care and education to manage their breathing. Our program may include respiratory therapists working in conjunction with nurses trained in respiratory therapy management. Patients receive extensive breathing education and information on optimizing their lung capacity, with the goal being a successful transition to respiratory independence or maintenance.
