About Our Medical Director
Dr. William Lustig graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine with an MD degree in 1978 and completed his residency at St. Francis Hospital Beech Gove soon after. He became board certified in Family Practice in 1986.
Dr. Lustig is a member of the Bartholomew/Brown Medical Society and the American Medical Directors Association. He has been the Medical Director of Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Columbus for six years.
When asked why he chose to work at Columbus , Dr. Lustig replied, “The Center has always been a leader in our community and known for providing consistent quality health care. I wanted to be associated with a center in which I believed I could make a difference. Columbus is such a center.”
When he has free time, Dr. Lustig enjoys playing golf and running marathons. (He even ran the Boston Marathon.)
